I am writing to give you a big thank you! (: Words are not enough to express my gratitude.

After putting into practice what I learnt from your Workshop, I have witnessed positive change in myself.

The coping strategies for worrying have been most helpful in my efforts to regain positivity in the difficult situations and dark times I currently face in my personal life.

Thank you for conducting the workshop. It has broadened my understanding about mindfulness, my emotions and coping with worrying.

You have left me with wise words of advice and comforting assurance (and paw prints in my heart) that I will hold on to forever. Thank you for being part of my journey towards living a joy-filled life. She obtained her Master's Degree in this field of specialization at the world's leading University recognized for its research and applied work in Animal Assisted Therapy. Having graduated with a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, Maureen specialises in clinical work with families, with a focus on animal-assisted interventions. While in graduate school, she received the PJ/Hart Loving Bond Award in recognition of her accomplishments in the study of human-animal interactions. She was also trained at the International Institute for Animal Assisted Play Therapy.

Maureen's approachable demeanor puts clients at ease, and many of her clients find it much easier to share openly. The encouraging feedback she receives from both children and adults is testimony to her expertise. Many that had previously found it difficult to speak to other Counsellors or Psychologists would often be surprised at how they could naturally open up to her.
