    Ms Catherine Chai has over 20 years of proven and successful track record in brand strategy development, customer experience, organisational development, training, facilitation and coaching. She has worked with over 500 leaders and trained over 5,000 people in Asia to catalyse growth. She is the author of From Bland to Brand - The Essential Branding Handbook for Asian Businesses

    Catherine started her early career in advertising conceptualising creative and unique marketing campaigns for her clients. Later she moved to MNCs in brand management roles where her vital task is getting her portfolio of brands into the hands and homes of consumers worldwide. 

    As an entrepreneur, a management consultant and mother of two, Catherine has to use her creativity to grow her business, help her clients succeed, and integrate her work and family life. In a nutshell, Catherine has to continually harness the power of Creativity to achieve her personal and professional goals.

    Catherine has worked with more than 500 leaders and trained over 5,000 people in Asia to catalyse growth. Some of the organisations she has worked with include Times Publishing, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Maritime Port Authority of Singapore, Tote Board Group, Eu Yan Sang, Bee Cheng Hiang, Singapore Management University, Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts, TDK, Siemens, Kao, Cerebos, etc. to name a few.
