Professional Experience
Amy began her career at Spectris plc, where she was responsible for the company’s human resources and administrative functions.
She later joined an international consulting firm, where she was promoted to Sales Director for China, leading business development, mentoring sales personnel, and supporting them in designing customized talent development solutions tailored to client needs. With joint team efforts, the China office became a key performance driver in the company's global market.
Amy went on to establish her own consulting practices in Singapore and Shanghai. She has worked closely with L&D consultants to design and deliver integrated talent development and leadership programs for corporate clients.
