- Mastering the Art of Adaptive Communication 掌握因人而异的沟通艺术
Ms Amy will conduct this training in bilingual format - primarily in Chinese, with English support.
Ever wonder why communication sometimes hits a wall—even with good intentions? Have you ever felt struggled to get your message across? In today’s fast-paced and diverse workplace, knowing what to say is not enough - you must also know how to say it, and to whom.
"Speak So They'll Listen" is a highly interactive one-day workshop designed to help you decode different communication styles, adapt your message accordingly, and speak in a way that truly lands with your audience.
Backed by practical frameworks, real-life cases, fun role plays, and a personality assessment, this workshop offers a safe and energizing space to sharpen your people-reading and communication skills.
Whether you're navigating internal communication at work, external stakeholder conversations, or personal relationships, the ability to recognize and flex to different communication styles can transform stuck, strained, or frustrating interactions into productive and meaningful ones.
You’ll also learn how to turn moments of tension into constructive dialogue - so even in the face of conflict, your communication remains calm, intentional, and effective.
This is not just about being heard—it's about being understood, trusted, and truly connecting with others.
