Conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
An effective training needs analysis will be able to identify training gaps or even non-training issues. Some Organizations have wasted resources and training budgets on training programs unnecessarily, without conducting a proper TNA.

However, this training will provide you with the knowledge and skills involved in a TNA process. You will be able to identify the actual training needs and also be able to evaluate training effectiveness after the training plan is implemented.
    Objective
At the end of this 1 day’s training , you will be able:
    1. Understand clearly what is a TNA, it’s purpose, the benefits and expected outcomes of a TNA process
    2. Apply a ADDIE Model systematically from the start to the end of the analysis with consideration to the Training Framework
    3. Identify the three levels of analysis and who should be involved
    4. Use appropriate needs assessment methods to collect data for analysis
    5. Get ideas from the recommended sources for analysis
    6. Draft TNA interview questions
    7. Prepare a TNA Survey Form
