Business Analysis: The Foundation for Business Success

Change is one of the biggest challenges facing organizations today, and the key to
change is business analysis. Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an
organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver
value to stakeholders.

Business analysis helps companies know how to change—it is a structured way of
recognizing, formalizing and implementing change. How you and your organization take
advantage of the changes in the marketplace will position you and your organisation to
be more successful and competitive.

Who should attend

This course is suitable for sales and marketing professionals, project managers, team
leaders, business owners or anyone whose job involves defining requirements and/or
solutions to real-world problems, opportunities and improving business performance

Methodology

The training programme uses short presentations and team activities to provide
participants with the confidence to analyse business issues and apply their newly learnt
tools and techniques at work. They will also engage in simulations and case studies
throughout the workshop to entrench the knowledge and skills advocated.

Gary is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK) and started his career as an external auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers. He possesses an MBA in Business Administration from Henley University in the UK, majoring in International Business. In addition, Gary holds a Master of Science from the National University of Ireland, majoring in Strategic Marketing. Gary is a registered Chartered Accountant member with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
