    Effective Sales & Presentation Skills workshop
    In today's fast-paced business world, successful sales professionals must possess unique skills and agile thinking to excel in their roles. This workshop is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and techniques required to become exceptional salespeople who can "think out of the box" and adapt to the ever-evolving demands of the market.

    The Sales Ingenuity workshop is a comprehensive program designed to enhance participants' sales abilities and empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the competitive sales world.
    Objective
    The main aims of this workshop are to equip participants with the capability to deliver compelling sales presentations and adeptly transition sales meetings into successfully closed deals by the end of the program.

    This workshop has the flexibility to be offered as two distinct sessions, with one day dedicated to "Sales Ingenuity" and another day focused on "Effective Sales Presentation." These sessions can be conducted either for the public or as in-house training.

    • Cultivate Agile Thinking: Develop the ability to think creatively and adapt to different sales scenarios, fostering innovation and practical problem-solving.

    • Understand the Definition of Sales: Gain a deep understanding that sales is not just about pushing products but is centred on listening, problem-solving, and reassurance selling.

    • Principles of Effective Selling: Learn the core principles of successful selling, which revolve around listening attentively, resolving customer issues, and instilling confidence in the sales process.

    • Fundamental Selling Skills: Acquire a solid foundation in essential selling skills that form the basis of successful sales strategies.

    • Identify Different Listening Levels: we will focus on 1) Focused Listening 2) Active Listening and responding 3) Reflective and analytical listening

    • Master the Art of Asking High-Gain Questions: Develop expertise in asking insightful questions that showcase industry knowledge and experience, allowing for a deeper understanding of customer requirements.

    • Manage & Handle Objections: Learn techniques to gracefully manage and overcome objections that may arise during the sales process.

    • Differentiate Between Features and Benefits: Understand the crucial distinction between product features and customer-centric benefits to communicate value more effectively.

    • Deliver an Effective Presentation: Acquire the skills to deliver compelling sales presentations that resonate with prospective customers.

    • Follow Up and Handle Delays: Learn how to maintain customer relationships through effective follow-up strategies and efficiently manage delays in the sales process.
