    • Various stakeholders & their expectations & agenda

    • Understanding WIIIFx of various stakeholders

    o Data based presentations in OSAT set up

    • Infographics fundamentals, Fallacies of dashboards

    • Choosing appropriate graphs, charts & tables for various scenarios

    • Rules & best practices infographic preparation

    • Art of porting infographics from other applications to powerpoint files

    o Rule of 5 / 95

    • Gestures, postures, voice, tone, eye contact for enthralling story telling

    • Power of pause, repeat, artefacts

    • Techniques for presenting to large groups & small groups

    • Art of Starting – Holding – Ending technical presentation

    o Practice / Roleplay – 5 participants to present OSAT relevant case studies

    • Feedback & reflection by other participants

    o Day 2 Reflection & Day 3 overview



    Day 2 – AM – 4 hours

    o Principles of Lean / KISS presentation – Less is more

    o Know the audience (KYA), feel the audience

    • Art of Listening – Techniques to improve active listening skills while engaging stakeholders

    • Deciphering stakeholders body language & expectations & aligning presentation on the go

    • Managing different stakeholders using ESVP

    o Tips, Do’s, Don’ts for engaging story telling

    • Critical importance of KYSM

    • Storytelling with props, humour, flip-charts, diagrams

    • Leveraging stage freight – Techniques to overcome & leverage stage freight

    • Art of translating technical jargons to business language

    • Curiosity builder with gaming techniques

    • Dealing with difficult audience – thinking on the feet

    • Sins & Pitfalls to avoid to successful storytelling

    o Practice / Roleplay – 5 participants to present OSAT relevant case studies

    o Day 3 Reflection & Day 4 overview



    Day 2 – PM – 4 hours

    o Technology curses & Murphy’s law to be aware of for effective story telling

    o Rule of 3 for impactful storytelling

    o External resources available for practicing story telling & visual based presentations either free or for low cost

    o Participants to presenta to MD & other stakeholders (approx. 10 min per participant)

    • Participants can choose their topic or presentation relevant to their function

    o Stakeholder feedback (Post It notes activity)

    o Course reflection

    o MD Closing message (Optional)

    o Course feedback form filling by participants
    Methodology
    · Participants size to be max 15 for effective learning & for each participant to get opportunity to practice, present & roleplay

    · Case studies & data sets for each day practice & roleplay, are picked & chosen based on (a) participants mix (b) participants pain points (c) participants need of the day

    · Workshop will be highly interactive & experiential learning in format using group activities, flip charts, post it notes, props, relevant videos, sandwiched presentation & facilitation

    Ramesh has over 30 years of career experience both in corporate role as well as in training and consulting. Ramesh has served in leadership role in process & operations management, product & service design, Industrial automation, operational excellence, and as global finance controller for US MNCs serving in multiple countries and continents. As a consultant and trainer, Ramesh has conducted more 2000 training and workshops both public as well as in-house on multiple domains such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Digital Transformation, Financial skills, change management, Data analytics, Statistics, Smart factory solutions etc. Ramesh has served industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, Banking, Financial Services, Education industry, government sectors, R&D & NGOs across Asia, Europe & USA.
