12 Elements of An Emotionally Intelligent Leader
Professor Daniel Cole published his game changing book, Emotional Intelligence, in 1995, which allowed many to develop their emotional intelligence (EQ) to get ahead in life, and not be trapped by the limitations of their raw intelligence (IQ).

It has long been identified to be the #1 predictor of professional success and personal excellence, especially if you are a leader of others. Unlike IQ, it is also widely agreed that EQ is easily learnable and can be improved fairly rapidly.

EQ has 4 domains, in which 12 elements were identified as essential if you want to be an emotionally intelligent leader. This workshop will focus on those 12 elements with a strong focus on how you, as a leader, can harness them to boost your leadership of others.
