    Team Management Skills ( 2-day)
    As Supervisor or Manager, you lead and manage a team daily. It can be a challenging task to manage a team. When people can work well together, they produce synergy. This enables the team to ultimately accomplish team and organisation goals.

    Working in a happy and harmonious team is extremely satisfying to any leader or member of a team. The cooperative atmosphere, the ease of achieving results, and the sense of belonging to a cordial team is very appealing. Working as part of such optimal teams is the dream of any individual in an organisation. An effective leader earns the respect of his/her team members and builds a harmonious working environment.

    This 2 days course is specifically designed for team leaders, project leaders, managers, supervisors or anyone who manages a team to acquire the essential knowledge and skills of team management.

    Participants are introduced to the concept of the team effectiveness model, stages of team formation, leadership styles, communication skills, managing team conflicts, emotional intelligence, coaching and many more topics. The knowledge and skills gained as a result of attending this training would be beneficial to both the participant and the organization to build and manage an effective team.
