Coaching in the Workplace using the P.E.A.R.L.S. (TM) Inquiry Model
Coaching in the workplace is fast becoming a priority for many organisations trying to navigate in the post pandemic world. The direct impact afforded by the organization through coaching can help them create new trajectories for business growth. Employees involved both as coaches and coachees have benefitted from learning on the job quickly, achieving personal growth and enhancing their job performance and prospects.

The P.E.A.R.L.S. (TM) Inquiry Model is developed by Dr Henry Toi, an award winning author and entrepreneur with over 35 years’ experience in the finance, education and training industry. This model provides a flexible and dynamic coaching tool for the Coach to lead the coachees in identifying their Purpose, Experience, Attitude, Resilience, Litheness and finally enabling them to Step-out and take action.
