EQ level 2 - The 6th Sense to take Control of Future Self

This next phase is an in-depth workshop of EQ skill development (we dive deeply). It’s an advanced and skills practice with assessment (Appraisal Test) that builds sophistication in your personal and social competence with 66 proven strategies to work with. It will push participants that participated in EQ Level 1 to think in new ways about how their emotions operate their day-to-day moments at work and in life

It will facilitate conversations, self-reflection, thinking and skill practice with proven strategies and Hollywood Video Clips to deal with daily hassles and big challenges.

We will identify for each participant the option that will best fit their needs. Certification of “complete” Accomplishment allows participant to take mentorship, be adviser in companies or company’s in-house EQ subject matter expert.

Objective

Working in complete harmony with various types of individuals in the workplace is NOT always that easy. Your co-workers, bosses and clients surely do have different personalities. In order to better manage your emotions when dealing with diverse people, you need a high level of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a skill. And like any other skill, you can get better at it with training and practice. It allows you to read the style of individuals and adjust your communications accordingly.

Outline

Understanding the importance of dialogue in developing thinking and feeling and how to use the concepts and techniques in the workplace! Recognize the benefits of developing EI and develop Emotional Intelligence and Competencies of People, Teams and Leadership and Understanding how nurture may determine your emotional responses.

She has been in charge of high-powered delegations from the private and public sectors deriving from all corners of the world. With her solid reputation in global circles for living and breathing the principles of international etiquette & protocol, both professionally and in private, Juliana has the foundation and is therefore in an ideal position to advise on international decorum and certify people.

She holds workshops and instructional meetings for the Governmental, Educational, Corporate and Private Sector, addressing Business, Social, Youth Etiquette and Protocol (Mastering Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence where she scored 96 out of 100 as highly emotionally literate).
