    Listening Skills for Executives, Professionals and Managers
    Effective listening is an especially critical communication skill for executives, professional and managers to carry out their responsibilities well. Studies have shown that the development of better listening skills leads to improved work performance, enhanced leadership capability and also better relationships in the workplace.

    The average person spends about three times as much time listening as reading, yet the importance of learning the skill is underrated and often ignored.

    Skill in listening, just like any other skill, can be learned.
    Objective
    In this 1-day course, participants will learn the knowledge, and new skills to apply effective listening in their everyday work and life. They will acquire and practice effective techniques as part of their continuous self-development in listening and communication. With effective listening skills they will achieve outstanding performance and relationship at the workplace.
