    Effective Coaching Skills for Leaders
    Coaching is an effective tool for leaders and managers to deploy in their efforts to help employees succeed, and especially help employees increase their skills and their performance. Employees who respond positively to coaching and improve their performance can become valued contributors to the success of the business.

    It is therefore, essential that leaders and managers develop their coaching skills and should not underestimate the impact of coaching on their people as it frequently creates a fundamental shift in their approach to their work.
    Objective
