    Deportment and Business Etiquette
    Positive and correct corporate behaviour such as confident postures through deportment and body language is what will set you apart. Through this workshop, you will cultivate effective habitual and consistent standards when carrying yourself in a personal and corporate environment. This is the workshop for the millennials as well as established professionals who need a refresher or updates in today's business etiquette.
    Objective
    Participants will learn the key strategies for making small talk so that people listen, creating a memorable first impression. You will learn to establish workplace protocol, fundamental cultural and traditional greetings to business card exchange; the do's and don'ts of intimate hugs and kisses in the western context. Business small talks and hospitality communication styles and executive presence in this training. You will learn to respect inter-cultural differences from race to religion, state country, ethnics, culture and tradition. This is to prevent business faux pas and act of ignorant behaviurs when it comes to multi-cultural, traditions and protocol of your customers and dignitaries. At the end of the course, you will be equipped with confidence in a business etiquette, a polished and confident posture and conscious about your unprecedented behaviour.
