Facilitator holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering & in Finance, an MBA in Finance & Supply chain. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a certified Lean Master, a certified Design Thinking Facilitator & a certified Supply Chain (SCOR-P) practitioner. The facilitator has 26 years of world wide experience in both Manufacturing and Service industries. He was operations leader for many factories across Asia in electronics, industrial consumables & semiconductor industries. The facilitator last held the position of Finance Controller (CFO) for a US Semiconductor company. Currently he runs a management consultancy helping Manufacturing, Service, F&B, Healthcare, Hospitality, supply chain, start-ups & government organizations. He has successfully applied statistical & data driven approach in many industries improving process, enhancing revenue & reducing the cost and thus saving millions of dollars. Ramesh also provides consultation and training at leading universities in Singapore and across Asia.
