    Understanding Basic QC Tools
    The program is designed based on a proven problem solving model; known as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). QC Tools are to be applied at different stages in the PDCA cycle to identify problems and suggest avenues for continual improvement in fields such as manufacturing and services. QC Tools has been proven effective by Japanese Quality Guru Mr. KarouIshikawa and he believed that more than 95% of the problem in a company can be solved by using QC Tools. Participants will learn the basics of teamwork and a unified approach to structured problem solving.
