    Fundamentals of Supervisory Management
    Taking on a new supervisory role is akin a love-hate relationship; being recognized for your potential in leading teams, yet under the pressure of enhancing the team momentum and making a difference in work performance. All too often, team members who are promoted to a supervisory role without the consideration supervising is a completely different skill set is bound to face an hill up task in the transition stage.

    This one-day program is designed to provide participants with the right competency to be effective supervisors. New supervisors will improve their skills, confidence and general management abilities to ensure productivity and team cohesion.
