Although your priority in the office is to do great work and meet goals, you will encounter different personalities that may stand in the way of getting the job done. Further, because of the extensive amount of time you spend with your colleagues, there is no doubt that conflict will eventually occur.
Explore how each personality pattern provides a huge reservoir of 'talent' and how each is as valuable as the next.
One way to successfully work cohesively and respectfully is to dig deeper into the different unique personality types. When all nine energies are clear to you and perspectives are present, you will gain useful ideas about leveraging these to generate options to lessen conflicts and misunderstandings. In this workshop, you will learn to discover and develop your own and other's best selves.

Objective
By the end of the workshop participants will learn to:
- Understand what Enneagram entails
- Know the 3 centres of intelligence
- Describe the Nine Enneagram Types
- Appreciate differing personality styles with their particular values, points of view, intuitive capacities, and problem-solving strengths
- Explore each Enneagram style's ego identifications (me) and their shadows (not-me)
- Identify the justifications used against the unacceptable parts, and ways of reacquainting and reintegrating our disowned characteristics
- Examine how different strengths contribute to a group's awareness, liveliness, capabilities, and effectiveness
- Understand the Enneagram combinations to increase social intelligence
- Recognise how understand one's own resources and deficiencies leads to greater self-awareness, self-mastery, and a more effective use of self
- Apply Enneagram as a coaching tool to facilitate people to grow their type to its highest expression
