Many organizations today are certified to an IMS (Integrated Management System) which comprises of three international standards, namely the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (due to be officially launched in early 2018 by the International Organization for Standardization). The IMS helps these organizations gain a significant advantage over their competitors by giving these organizations a framework for managing product and service quality and their performance and legal obligations to health, safety and environmental matters in a consistently effective and efficient way.
How is any organization able to achieve this? Central to this are the people who manage and implement the IMS on behalf of their organization. This 2-day course helps them to understand and gain a level of competency which will help them perform their roles and responsibilities that they have been delegated to perform by the leadership of their organization.
