This workshop is aimed at training anyone who are involved in the recruiting process on how to use behavioral interviewing approach to improve the hiring and selection process. Christopher Goh has more than 25 years of experience developing leadership and organizational capabilities for MNCs in the technology and electronics sector. He was the former Head of Learning and Development at Kuok Singapore Limited and the Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development (GLLD) at Keysight and Agilent Technologies, where he has designed and implemented many of their high impact enterprise-wide global leadership and management development programs aimed at empowering both first line and senior managers to drive organizational growth.
Christopher is a thought leader in the field of talent and organizational development. He has previously taught the Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development at Singapore HR Institute and spoken at various HR Conferences. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore.
