Who should attend
This workshop is for all those who want to enhance their engagement skills to develop and improve their personal relationships with others.
Methodology
A combination of exercises and experiential activity will be used to enable participants to experience, reflect and internalize the concepts and skills covered.
Jeremy Kang's Profile
Jeremy graduated with a BBA (Hons) from the NUS in 1983 and holds a Diploma in Training Management, ITD (UK) and an MBA from Macquarie University, Australia.
As a trainer and consultant, Jeremy has more than 30 years of industry experience in helping companies shape and develop high-performance behaviour.
Jeremy’s experience includes the establishment of training centres, development of competency-based, business driven HR solutions. He has been highly involved in training and consultancy and worked with numerous companies in training and setting up competency-based organisational and business driven performance management systems and total company training plans. He has also developed, customised and conducted training programmes for many companies. Areas of training included Interpersonal Communication Skills, Teambuilding, Problem-Solving, Performance Appraisal Skills and Project Management Skills
He is a certified WIN and People Developer Trainer. He is also a certified National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) consultant.
He has lectured in the following areas :
