    Stress comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes, differs for each of us and we all respond to stress in diverse ways. In daily life, we often use the term "stress" to describe negative situations. This leads many people to believe that all stress is bad for you, which is not true. Stress is simply the body's response to changes that create taxing demands and we all are under positive and negative stress which is a constant influence on all of our lives. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative stress in our personal and professional lives.

    This 1-day workshop will give participants an effective threeoption approach for managing stress in any situation, toolbox of stress reduction techniques and a system to prevent stress in future.
