    After nearly 3 decades of hard work, many people when turn 50 would simply start to have the mindset of slowing down and enjoy a relax lifestyle. In layman, we call this pre-retirement syndrome. This is very normal. However, as we start to slow down our daily lifestyle, our body and brain also react accordingly. Very quickly we realize ourselves aged much faster than we expected.

    According to academia research Prof. Michael Hauskeller, "Staying Young is not just by looking young but to achieve prolongation of a healthy & youthful life". However these are not everything. The key to achieve the secret of how to have a fun, meaningful and healthy lifestyle after age 50 is what you need to learn about.
    Objective
    This course is designed to let participants make aware of their individual strengths through Gallup StrengthFinder Theory and how those strengths can help them make decision on the way they live after age 50. They will also learn what a retiree’s heart is and the purpose of leaving a legacy of their own. On completion of this one day training, participants would be able to master how to let people like them instantaneously even if it’s the first time they meet. If participants decide to continue contribute to the workforce, they would also learnt how to "A" their interview.

    Who should attend
    This course is especially suitable for civil service employees or working adults whose age is about 50 and currently planning to retire or start a second career. Employees of any designation in a company are all welcome to know how to attend this training.

    Raymond Chua's Profile
    Raymond's training started very much earlier when he was in the military forces (SAF - since 1998 - 2005), where he trained the NSmen and NSF soldiers. This area allows him to gain a lot on leadership qualities and how to have strong bonding with esprit de corps. The perseverance and focus ability surviving inside the Brunei deep jungle is what you must hear from him. 
     
    In 2009, his corporate training started as a consultant / lead trainer of a consultancy firm. Between 2009 - 2014, Raymond consultancy work was to help foreign entrepreneurs set up their businesses in Singapore. He was also the lead trainer that helps to train clients' workers on customer centric (GEMS) and leadership management skills. Some of the clients have their parent headquarters in China and Malaysia. Henceforth, Raymond was invited to go over and trained their staffs. Besides this training, Raymond also conducted seminars (200 pax - 300 pax) in both Singapore and China to explain on Singapore Entrepreneurship advantages and how they can seek assistance from some of the Singapore's Authority system.
     
    Raymond is both Singapore's Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Australia's Technical And Further Education certified. He trains for all the WSQ level 3, 4 & 5 Leadership People Management and Service Excellence courses. i.e. Enable People, Lead Team, Cultivate Workplace Relationship, Manage Change, Manage Self, Manage Achievement of Results, Engage People, Facilitate Change, Lead Managers and etc. For Australia, he trains through webinar on their Leadership Management, Executive Development and Customer Service Program.

    Raymond was also a guest speaker for few occasions namely MICE 2014 @ Suntec City Convention Hall - "How to Motivate Your Team", MyPaper Advance Learning Talk 2015 @ SPH - "Understanding Business Analytics and Market Insights of Today" and Eco.me 2017 @ The Promontory Marina Bay - "Future Mobility".
