    Stress is growing tremendously in the workplace in Singapore. Close to 70% of employed Singaporeans are experiencing an increase in stress-related sickness. 72% of employers in Singapore consider stress and mental health an issue seriously affecting productivity.

    This workshop is designed to help employees recognize stress, understand how it places pressure on them and how to prevent stress from becoming destructive. This program is structured as a 2-day Workshop held in a suitable venue of your choice.

    Rather than just theoretical learning, varied training methodologies will be adopted to provide a wholesome learning environment.
