    An effective training needs analysis will be able to identify training gaps or even non-training issues. Some Organizations have wasted resources and training budgets on training programmes unnecessarily, without conducting a proper TNA.

    However this training will provide you with the knowledge and skills involve in a TNA process. You will be able to identify the actual training needs and also be able evaluate training effectiveness., after the training plan is being implemented.
    Objective
    At the end of this 1 day’s training , you will be able:
    1. Understand clearly what is a TNA, it’s purpose, the benefits and expected outcomes of a TNA process
    2. Apply a ADDIE Model systematically from the start to the end of the analysis with consideration to the Training Framework
    3. Identify the three levels of analysis and who should be involved
    4. Use appropriate needs assessment methods to collect data for analysis
    5. Get ideas from the recommended sources for analysis
    6. Draft TNA interview questions
    7. Prepare a TNA Survey Form
    8. Design and Develop a proposed training plan for implementation
    9. Consider key pointers for the implementation plan
    10. Evaluate the training effectiveness, after the implementation of training plan

    Francis Claudius has more 25 years of training experience. He was a professional trainer, facilitator and an in-house training consultant.

    He has a passion for human development to excel in their work or personal life as well. He conducts the training in a lively manner with enthusiasm, passion and dedication in an interactive style by engaging participants to contribute ideas and their experiences. He is well verse with the adult learning approach and applies it.

    Francis is also a good speaker too with strong vocal strength. He has participated in topics presented in the events of the International Association of Master Trainer (IAMT). He had received a Bronze Certificate for being the Best Presenter. He holds a Competent Toastmaster and Competent Leader Award from the Toastmasters International. He was a member of Association of Professional Trainers Singapore (APTS). In 2014 he received the Lecturers Dedication Award from PSB Academy.

    His qualification includes the Bachelor of Business Administration, Dip Training & Development Cert. Training Management, Graduate Cert.
