    For more than a decade, Ling Ling has been in corporate training, learning and development for Fortune 500 companies in the technology and travel industry. She has impacted audiences across 21 different countries in America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

    She had lived in 6 different countries and had first-hand experience of intercultural challenges and opportunities, both in life and work. She is known for her ability to reach out, connect and engage with audiences of varying cultures.

    In 2009, she had the privilege to speak at the Women’s Conference of the British Psychology Society in Windsor, United Kingdom. With an MSc in Psychology from the UK, she is a member for the British Psychology Society (BPS).

    She had also obtained a Training Professional Certificate from the University of Southern Mississippi, USA and a professional member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). In 2017, obtained an Advanced Professional Certificate with the Cultural Intelligence Centre, in Dubai. UAE.

    Currently, she is on a mission to support individuals and organisations to prepare, perform and succeed in this globalised world.
