    Viya Chen's Profile
    Viya Chen is the first Gallup certified PCC in Greater China region, who has more than 8 years of coaching and facilitating training experience in Asia Pacific Region. Her corporate leadership experience including worked with a Fortune top 10 MNC in charge of APMEA region in marketing across 26 countries and General Manager role in a Hang Seng index company.

    She is an advocator of strengths based facilitator, trainers, speaker and coach for business and executives; she contributes her experiences on combining business, strategy, strengths coaching models, leadership coaching and facilitating training for business performance and leadership development.

    Viya facilitates business and strategic development across different cultures. She leverages these experiences in the areas of business and leadership development, insuring synergy and transformation between cross-functional teams. She designs, facilitates and delivers strengths-based coaching and training program to enhance individual performance in business and life, team engagement,
