    Methodology
    The training will be conducted in an interactive manner with role plays and exercises as the participants will be encouraged to participate. Not only will they learn from the trainer, they will learn from one another as they share their own experiences. The examples given by the trainer will be based on real life situations, relevant and easy to apply in the actual marketplace.
    Angela Oh's Profile
    With over 20 years of extensive sales experience that spans a spectrum covering ranging industry and markets, Angela brings with her a rich and diverse set of hands-on business development expertise.

    Angela has worked extensively in Singapore market as well as markets in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Seychelles and Australia. Her clients include both government agencies and commercial sectors.

    She has spent a substantial part of her career in the commercial and security printing industry. She then went on to join the education industry. In her long career, Angela has emerged as a top performer in the organizations she joins and has won numerous coveted sales awards.

    She is the author of the book ‘Heart Sell’. It is a book based on a collection of her extensive sales experiences, filled with several practical examples. She has also produced eBook that is available on Amazon Kindle Store. She is possibly the first Asian woman who has written a book on Sales.

    In line with her expertise, Angela has conducted several talks for various corporations clubs, associations, schools and the National Library. Some of these include Manulife, Prudential, NETS, AVA, Marketing Institute of Singapore, Knight Frank, McKenie, LTA, SIF, Creative Technology, Rotary Club, Nanyang Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic and Singapore Polytechnic. She has also trained thousands of salespeople on Professional selling skills and accompanied salespeople for field coaching to give real-time feedback to the respective salespeople and for management’s consideration.

    She was also interviewed in by the radio station 938Live and in988. There were also articles contributed by her that was published in My Paper and Her World magazine.

    She is also a Career Coach and has helped individuals in maximizing their potential to reach higher goals in their career.

    Angela holds an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Management from the Griffith University and the University of Humberside UK. She has obtained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from WDA. As a SPIN certified trainer, she holds an Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF) from the Institute of Adult Learning.
