A positive and strong quality and company culture will help companies change, advance and build organisations that will survive the ups and downs in the economy and retain customers.
This training is for leaders, managers, supervisors to understand what quality is, what affects quality and how quality culture can be improved and what they can do to improve the quality culture of their organisation.

Speaker Profile
Armed with a BSC (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, a MBA from the University of Hull and an Advanced Certificate for Training and Assessment (ACTA) form IAL, Agnes Lim has more than 24 years of corporate experience and is currently a quality consultant and a trainer. She has 15 years of middle and senior management experience and was involved in Quality Culture initiatives for more than 20 years. She is OE green belt trained, an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 auditor and is also a qualified trainer and facilitator.
She has implemented various initiatives to improve the Quality Culture throughout her career and continues to help her clients in this area as well.
More recently in 2018, she ran a quality culture survey for a client and facilitated a quality culture workshop for the senior leaders of her client.
Agnes is a firm believer of quality and continuous improvement. She believes that Quality and continuous improvement coupled with people development are keys to sustainable growth in any organisation.
With a passion for youth and training and development, she also volunteers at Junior Achievement Singapore as a trainer.
She has implemented various initiatives to improve the Quality Culture throughout her career and continues to help her clients in this area as well.
- Facilitated cross functional kaizen event to improve processes eg root cause analysis and CAPA
- Improved investigation process, report writing and trained and coached staff on the use of them
- Improved the site internal audit framework and coached staff to improve internal auditing skills
- Amended the audit management process to drive better ownership and greater effectiveness across the site.
- Developed competency matrix for Department to help develop staff competencies
- Restructured department and brought in the right people to bring about improvement in the quality of the organisation
- Provided training to site managers and supervisors on how to develop their staff
- Provided coaching and training to department staff on how to better manage their own careers
- Sponsor for the Quality Culture programmes, provided guidance to the cross functional staff on the quality culture initiatives
- Set up relevant site Quality KPIs and objectives and rolled out to the site.
- Drove involvement of site staff in quality initiatives, quality conversations and rewards and recognition for quality initiatives.
