    With the ever-changing Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity (VUCA) global environment, issues become more irrelated yet uncertain and complex. To be future-ready and change-ready, it requires a new and higher level of thinking for individuals, teams and leaders to break away from outdated ways of thinking and doing. A team that is high performing, innovative and agile is able to come up with innovative and breakthrough solutions that overcome organisation, business and team-related issues.

    Action Learning (AL) is an innovative problem-solving process that solve complex problems. It involves a group of intact and or, intra-team that is facilitated by the Action Learning Coach to solve real work challenges in a holistic, systematic and collaborative manner. The team will be able to apply leadership competencies, critical thinking, creativity, people management, judgement and decision making skills to solve real organisation, leadership and workplace issues while coming up with innovative ideas and solutions.
    Objective
    By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
    1. Understand the fundamentals of Action Learning
    2. Identify the main components of an Action Learning process and problem solving
    3. Acquire effective questioning techniques, listening, reflecting and clarifying assumptions as an Action Learning Team member
    4. Practice the role and skillsets of an Action Learning Coach
    5. Enhance leadership skills through Action Learning
    6. Transfer key skills to the workplace: questioning assumptions, listening skills, defining and framing problems
    7. Harness on team diversity to enhance team learning and generate innovative ideas and solutions

    Jasmine has been a Change Management Practitioner in several industries driving Organisation culture and development, merger and acquisition and forming of a new organisation.
