    Supervising others can be a tough job and one that is not to be taken lightly. Aside from managing your own time and projects, you have the added role of being a coach and possibly a mentor to oversee and assist your team members solve problems and complete their tasks within the time frame given. This can keep your hands tight as you have to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

    In this 1 day workshop you will pick up and able to use practical skills to become an efficient and effective supervisor. You will learn on how you can delegate works effectively, manage time for you and your team members, set achievable goals and manage the expectations of both your team and the bosses you have to report to. The workshop will also cover on how you can provide valuable feedback to your team members and help resolve conflicts and where necessary administer discipline.

    Methodology
    This is a result-oriented workshop which is interactive with case studies, role play, group discussions and practices. There will a pre and post assessments to identify what has been learned and how it can be put to practice.
