"The bad news is that time flies - the good news is that you’re the pilot." Michael Altshuler.

We all know the mantra: "time is limited: it does not last for ever". Or the adage: "Time and tide waits for no man." It goes without saying that we need to make the best use of time we can whether we are thinking about the amount of time we have left on earth or how we are going to spend the weekend or how we are using our time productively at work. It is one thing to say that we wish to manage our time effectively but the truth is this is not an easy process and sometimes our inability to do this leads to stress that can have both a negative physical and mental effect on us. Those able to successfully implement time management strategies are able to control their workload rather than spend each day in a frenzy of activity reacting to crisis after crisis - stress declines and personal productivity soars! When you achieve this state of being you will be better able to focus on the tasks with the greatest impact to you, your family and your organization. Time management is both a science and an art and it requires a specific set of skills that will help you to take charge. When you become successful in managing time you will realize that you have a better control of your stress level and the ability to handle challenges that life throw’s at you with relative ease.
