    Harini Chari is a leadership & brand strategist by education, social entrepreneur by profession and a people developer by passion. She energizes and empowers leaders such that they are seen, heard and sought.

    Having worked in starkly different cultures including Helsinki, New York, India, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and China, she constantly reinvents herself to stay relevant in each market. Combining her personal learnings with her innate thought leadership and brand storytelling skills, she helps connect the dots for her clients such that they cut the clutter and offer an impactful leadership experience.

    With over 18 years of experience working in Asia, USA and Europe, she has led the brand strategy for organizations such as Amcham- Finland and National Council of Social Service- Singapore and worked with brands like L’Oreal, Nestle and Tiffany’s at Mc Cann Erickson.

    She has had the privilege of empowering audiences at the Workforce Development Authority (Singapore), Shell (India & Indonesia), Eastman Chemicals (China), British Council (Vietnam) and INSEAD for the Finnish Business Council. She has delivered the key note address at the Leadership& Entrepreneurial Spirit Conference (Amway, Finland), Leadership in the Digital Age (Vietnam Digital Academy, Vietnam) and has been featured on Singapore & Swedish television news channels.

    Harini’s unique style is based on a holistic approach which helps her clients create impact for themselves and others.     A career and leadership brand consultant at global outplacement firm, Lee Hecht Harrison, she has coached leaders and professionals across industries and functions. She is also a consultant and trainer at Management Development Institute of Singapore, Training Edge International and Temasek Polytechnic.

    Harini has a Masters in Advertising from Michigan State University (USA) and is a REACH (Pioneer Institute in Personal Branding, USA) certified Personal Branding and 360-degree strategist. She is based in Singapore and currently directs and manages her social enterprise, Brand YOU.
