    We can’t change others, but we can make some simple adjustments in our mindset in order to see extraordinary results in relationship with others. The skill of confidently and effectively communicating with others is a valuable asset to have; it can help you sell products and ideas, convince people and institutions to assist you, motivate your subordinates and team to trust and follow you and contribute to the company's innovative process, or simply to enjoy the day to day business relationship with your collegues, clients, bosses and people you care about. Many people are interested in maintaining good long lasting relationships with co-workers and productive business networks, but they miss basic skills in order to do so. Feedback from corporate leaders suggest that having subordinates such as senior managers, supervisors, junior managers, emerging managers, staff, contribute with ideas, personal creativity and personal opinions with effective and engaging communication is one of the most challenging tasks they face: ‘they simply don’t know how to talk in an effective way!’ This verbal and emotional incapacity or inability to contribute to the well-being of interpersonal relationships can decelerate the company progress or success, and risk to miss opportunities in the long run, with obvious, serious repercussions on business productivity and people retention. The primary intent of this workshop is to help participants to appreciate the knowledge, develop most essential soft-skills, and have some tools in order to build strong foundations in the process of changing the mindset and becoming a confident and competent communicator.

    • You can also learn how to share your opinions with confidence, and eventually how to disagree in a constructive way and build consensus.

    • Understand why listening is probably the most important skill to master for effective communication and what to do in order to become a more effective listener.
    • Learn how to improve verbal communication skills by asking effective questions and the ability to communicate with power.
    • Learn how to remove communication barriers: The Communication Process.
    • Learn how to share your opinion with confidence, and understanding how to overcome the process of blaming with the power of self-responsibility.
    • Appreciate the way people represent thing in different ways, and the reality we have to deal constantly with people of different cultures, ideas, opinions and personalities.
