"There is an immutable conflict at work, in life and in business, a constant battle between peace and chaos. Neither can be influenced. How you go about that is the key to success." Phil Knight.

In any form of human to human communication conflict is bound to arise. This may occur for a number of reasons such as difference in opinion, lack of relevant information and knowledge, misunderstanding, personality, social and cultural background.
