    In our busy schedule between managing work and family, we sometimes do not take the time to appreciate the importance of a positive attitude and the need for injecting fun and enthusiasm in all our endeavors. HEART is a philosophy that emphasizes the need to create a happy home and working environment which will boost morale and act as a catalyst for good relationships in the organization. Trust is emphasized as an important ingredient to achieve loyalty, commitment and provide the cornerstone for sincere and meaningful relationships at work. Thus the acronym HEART which stands for humor, enthusiasm, attitude, relationships and trust.

    • Apply the ‘Whale Done’ philosophy for promoting trust and relationship at work
    • Develop strategies for establishing a positive work environment that benefits everyone
    • Using the HEART philosophy to enhance teamwork, collaboration at the workplace
    • Appreciate that trust is something that is earned and will lead to greater collaboration
    • Develop an action plan for HEART at work.
    Who should attend
    Those who need to motivate themselves or others to perform at their peak and work together as a team. Those who are working together for the first time and need to establish rapport and teamwork so that they can achieve excellence. Those who would like to learn motivational skills to influence others to work with them for mutual benefit.

    The HEART programme applies a fun approach to learning the philosophy through story-telling, case studies, video presentations, buddy exercises, sharing of personal encounters, group work and games that enhance the learning and application of the five elements of the HEART philosophy

    James is a multi-talented trainer and best-selling author. He has over 20 years of training experience. The co-creator of Singapore's comic icon 'Mr. Kiasu', James has written comic books and recently wrote and published a best-selling illustrated book on Singapore which has won two awards.

    He is an accredited PR practitioner, a certified FISH trainer as well as an EQ Trainer with Six Seconds Inc (USA) an NLP practitioner, a certified teacher with NIE and MOE registered instructor and certified teacher with a certificate in education. James holds a Masters in Communication Management and a Bachelors in Business Administration.
