There are many ways to react to a situation, but only one best response. How does one always derive from making the best response or decision? Often policies and put in place because a single rarity happened. This eventually led to a cluster of unnecessary procedures.

Often staff are torn between obeying compliances and taking the initiative. When should one take the initiative and comply with the organization’s procedures?

In this very thought-provoking workshop, participants will learn how to make the best possible decision in any given situation.
    Objective
    • To strengthen critical thinking skills
    • Understand the differences between 'being knowledgeable’, 'being intelligent’ and 'being wise’.
    • Increasing the wisdom quotient
    • Ability to make better decisions for your organisation

    Outcomes of workshop

    - After this workshop, leaders will be thoroughly aware on their decision-making process and even to an extent to know if they are good decision-makers.

    - They will also be able to identify the wisdom level of the subordinates just by the way the subordinates reply or the way respond to a situation.

    - This will be a very useful skill to have when making a judgment call on how much empowerment the leader would give to a certain staff. (Too much empowerment may result in lack or control or bad decisions being made. On the other hand, too much compliance robs the employee from taking initiative and do what is best for the situation. )

    - You will have smarter employees

    - Better thinkers

    - Employees who will have the ability to make better corporate decisions
