    Christopher Goh's Profile
    Christopher has more than 20 years of experience developing leadership and organizational capabilities for MNCs in the technology and electronics sector. He was the former Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development (GLLD) at Keysight and Agilent Technologies, where he has designed and implemented many of their high impact enterprise-wide global leadership programs aimed at empowering both first line and senior managers to drive organizational growth. He leads and trains a global team of instructional designers, trainers and facilitators.

    He is a certified trainer for Ken Blanchard’s ‘Situational Leadership II’, Kouzes and Posner’s 'Leadership Challenge' program, “Crucial Conversations” by Patterson, Grenny and McMillan, “Standout” by Marcus Buckingham, “Brain Based Coaching” by Neuro Leadership Inst and “Hogan Assessment” by Optimal Consulting

    Christopher is a thought leader in the field of talent and organizational development. He has previously taught the post graduate Diploma in Organizational Development and Human Resource Development at Singapore HR Instittute and spoken at various HR Conferences. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore.
