The trainer has taught me to focus on the issue and solution. The need to identify the problem first and the ideal situation was highly beneficial. It helps me stay focused. The theories and concepts accompanied by case studies help to make it more understandable and practical. Identifying barriers, differentiating acute or chronic problems. Facilitator has many interesting stories to share which somehow relate to work.
