IT IS estimated that more than one third of the economy is project based. Project management is fast becoming an important organisational skill. The Project Management Institute’s research showed that companies increased productivity in both tangible as well as intangible ways. However traditional project management utilizes tools that could be oversized for smaller shorter projects that many companies find themselves engaged in. This workshop shows you how to use simpler tools such as Mind Mapping ® templates to manage smaller projects, to bring about increase efficiency and productivity without the big jargons of traditional project management.

Dr Toi is a certified Master Trainer for Tony Buzan’s Mind Mapping and Prof. Arthur Costa’s Habits of Mind. Dr Toi is also a regular speaker at major conferences such as the International Conference on Thinking and the American Creativity Conference. he has trained and certified over 200 instructors across 11 countries in Asia and has successfully coached senior executives on mind mapping, speed reading and becoming more creative thinkers. His clients include IBM, Oracle, HSBC, Cerebos Pacific, Singapore Ministry of Education, J Walter Thompson, Mazda Motors and Singapore General Hospital, Jurong Health, National University Hospital and Singapore Airlines.
He graduated with honours in Civil Engineering (National University of Singapore) and obtained a Masters of Education (RMIT University) and completed his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business. He has authored several books, the latest being The Habits of S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
