    As a manager or supervisor we are constantly facing challenging situations when it comes to managing people. Each person is different and each has his own personality and expectations. In spite of these challenges we need to find ways to get employees to co-operate, collaborate and work towards a common goal. The workshop is designed to help you identify and deal with various types of difficult behavior at the workplace. You will be taught how to respond to difficult behaviors in a positive manner.
